Empire Environmental Limited provide a 24 hour biohazard emergency cleaning service.
Our team are experienced at working in trauma and crime scene environments, with the majority of our team coming from a background of employment within the NHS, Emergency Services, Military and Civil Service.
When might Emergency Cleaning be needed?
This might include the presence of a biohazard within a public place, or private home or a public place where people are present (e.g. licensed premises or communal living areas/areas that require closure or limited access). You may need our services due to a sudden death, a serious sudden illness, a violent crime or injury or when somebody has been found deceased.
Our Response:
From our primary base in Oxfordshire, we have an average response time of 90-120 minutes, wherever a member of our team is available. (see the areas we cover here). This can be extended following discussion of the circumstances and requirements at scene. We will always aim to be with you as soon as possible. You can rely on our candour and practical approach to providing you with the services you require.
We pride ourselves on our compassion, regardless of the biohazard cleaning or emergency cleaning needed. Our ability to carry out work in a timely, procedure based method is vital to our operation, and ensures we work to the highest standards. Our training and experience in biohazard and emergency cleaning allow us to create safe working zones, employ safe methods of working, manage appropriate containment and dispose of biological substances and hazards, such as bodily fluids and items they have come into contact with.
All assignments are risk and methodology assessed prior to commencement. These can be shared with you in digital format, alongside relevant insurance and waste disposal paperwork.
After Death Cleaning
Often a challenging subject, but one which occurs daily and is one of the most emotionally difficult periods that anyone will go through. We take away the trauma of cleaning up after someone has passed away, so that you don’t have to.

Our work takes longer than standard cleaning, with specialist equipment and training, requires a higher attention to detail and can place us in situations which can be emotionally challenging, but that is exactly why we are here.
Our responsive service is available 24 hours a day with a target response time of 2 hours or less (depending on your location - see the areas we cover here). Our team are former emergency service and NHS employees who always surpass expectations, removing all signs of this traumatic event.
